When you have spotted a suitable property and provided us with all information requested by Mayfords Representative, references* will be processed and forwarded to Landlord for acceptance.

Tenancy Agreement Signature
As soon as the go ahead is received from the Landlord, Mayfords representative will put together all the important paperwork according to which a Tenancy Agreement will be produced, printed and sent out to both parties, Tenant and Landlord, to be signed.
Rent Deposit
An advanced rental payment is required prior or on the date the Tenancy is due to commence.
A deposit is also required from the Tenant and it is to be held as security for the performance of the Tenant’s responsibilities under the Tenancy Agreement.

Mayfords representative will arrange to meet you at your new home so that an inventory of the contents and condition of the property is done in your presence.
