  • Administer the Company Bank Account
  • Compile the accounts to trial balance ready for the accountant to produce the final accounts
  • Deal with all enquiries regarding these accounts
  • Submit copies of the accounts to all Lessees
  • Pay all invoices in relation to the regular maintenance of the Block
  • Submit service charge invoices to Lessees and chase any arrears
  • Produce a budget for discussion at the AGM
  • Instruct all contractors regarding services required
  • Visit regularly the Blocks, in order to confirm if all instructed contractors are offering a high standard service
  • Arrange the AGM and any other meeting as required
  • Maintain or instigate a contingency fund
  • Organise routine repairs and redecorations
  • Constantly update the parties involved on outstanding matters
  • Deal with emergency repairs as required
  • Deal with insurance claims and ensure adequate cover is held for the building, public liability and employer’s liability
  • Ensure director’s insurance is maintained
  • Deal with residents enquiries
  • Any other particular service that suits the needs of the individual development
